What I love most about Urban Exchange is how fresh and curated everything feels. It’s not cluttered like other resale shops. I picked up a pair of chic work pants and a blouse that look high-end but were super affordable.
I typically order online, but visiting the physical store was a whole new level of charm. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the place had such a cozy, personal vibe. Left totally inspired and happy.
Urban Exchange is the BEST! I found this place while shopping in the Promenade about 4 or so years ago, and it is an absolute gem! Casey always greets you when you walk in, and all of the women who work here are truly so kind. The owners are so wonderful, and everyone's always asking if they can help or get a room started for you. They have an incredible selection of bags, ranging from designers big and small, to their shoes, accessories and everything in between.
